Remove Equipment
Your HVAC System contains harmful chemicals in the refrigerant, All Pro removes the Freon and recycles it during the installation process.
Flush Line Set
The existing refrigerant piping is re-used in the new installation however since it contained R-22 Freon it must be flushed clean before the new environmentally friendly 410-A can be introduced for the new HVAC System.
Install Preparation
All Pro inspects all connections that will be made to existing duct, PVC drain pipe, gas, flue, electrical and low voltage. All Pro cleans and modifies all connections to fit the new equipment securely

Equipment Tie-in
The New HVAC equipment is connected to the existing duct, low/high voltage and refrigerant piping. A special process called Nitrogen Welding is used in connection with refrigerant pipe installation to keep the interior pipe free of soot that causes damaging acid when mixed with Freon oil. This adds significant life to your HVAC system.
Control Installation
Once all final connections are made we install the thermostat, typically a digital non programmable or programmable unit. Sometimes customers opt for the newer smart thermostats that be controlled from a mobile devise.
Start Up & Test
Vital to the installation is the start up and testing of the new equipment operation. Pressures and temperatures are monitored and adjusted during this part of the installation to ensure optimum operation of new equipment.
